1. The first step is to begin by watching any of the links provided below (all of which are free) :

You are definitely going to need some tissues.
2. Evaluate whether or not your friends and family will disown you
Don't be sad if they do (they all do at first).
3. Research all the reasons to why being vegan/vegetarian is bad for your body
In other words, try to convince yourself to why going vegan/vegetarian should not happen.
4. Rewatch the videos in case you just overly imagined the inhumane acts on the animals
Nope, just as horrid.
5. Acknowledge that it was worse watching it a second time
6. Start by telling one person that you're thinking about going vegan / vegetarian
Conversation example:
you: "I think I might go vegetarian or vegan"
friend: "so like... you would eat grass?"
7. Re-watch the video one more time.
"oh my god, it's even worse, how does it keep getting worse?"
8. Research into vitamins and alternative food
Knowing what vegans/vegetarians are lacking is a great way to prevent it from happening to yourself.
9. Make the jump to being vegetarian / vegan
At this point, it's hard not to after watching the videos so many times.
10. Be disowned by family and friends (and most restaurants) for a while
Except, Olive Garden. They're the real OG's.
11. Find your vegan/vegetarian community
Trust me... you will. It's like meeting your favorite singer when you find out somebody else is vegetarian / vegan.
12. Ultimately feel better about the sacrifices you're making every time you see an animal.
I feel so comfortable when I am around a pig or a cow or any animal because I know that I am trying my best not to hurt it in any way.
